You can walk almost everywhere within the city of Winchester - definitely favourite mode of transport! But there are plenty of buses and taxi's if required.
Unfortunately there is NO dedicated parking on site. On street parking is permit only. Tower street multi-storey car park is a 10 minute walk away - and is free after 6pm/before 8 am and on Sundays.
