AwayOnBusiness is currently seeking a Property Manager to integrate with our established team to provide a first class service for our guests and property owner clients.
Initially part-time between 9am and 3pm, 3 to 5 days per week, progressing to full-time as the business demands.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality sector or similar, with a keen eye for detail and high standards. You will be able to manage your own schedule and workload, whilst communicating and escalating issues to the relevant team member or outside contractor, as well as suggest improvements within the business and at our rental properties.. You will also need to have a great customer service manner.
Great potential for career progression as the the business grows and higher management roles become available.
Key skills and experience desired (but not essential):
- Great admin skills, with experience in office applications
- Excellent customer service manner
- Experience in hospitality, property, sales, operations or similar high-paced customer-focussed environment
- Flexible, approachable and motivated to achieve results. Keen to progress and learn.
- Fantastic communicator, able to work on own initiative and manage own workload.
