Can I book and pay online?

Yes, the availability on our system is up-to-date so you can book here and pay by credit or debit card.

I'd like to arrive today! Is this possible?

All available properties should be ready for a same-day arrival. If it's past 5pm and we are not showing any availability, feel free to give us a call and we'll do our best to assist you.

What's your cancellation policy?

Our default cancellation policy is as follows:

More than 30-days prior to arrival = full refund

Less than 30-days prior to arrival = no refund

However, if you've booked via another platform, this policy may vary and you should refer to your booking there.

We appreciate plans and circumstances may change, so please contact us and we'll do our best to help you, however we recommend you hold valid travel insurance as soon as you place your booking (even if travelling within the UK) to cover in the event that you need to change your plans, as we cannot guarantee a date change or refund outside of the agreed free-cancellation period.
