Enjoy a fabulous stay in our beautiful, stylish and centrally-located Victorian house in Winchester. Wonderful king master bedroom. Great pressure in the shower room, and rare private off street parking for 1 car included. Super location on a great street, very close to pedestrian centre and cathedral, yet on a lovely and quiet road. House has a small garden and sun terrace too.

First Floor:
Main Bedroom: A serene room with a comfortable king-sized bed.
Dressing Room: A separate room featuring a double pull-out sofa bed.
Shower Room: A modern bathroom with excellent water pressure.
Loft Bedroom:
Accessed via a final set of steep stairs, this charming loft contains a pull-out double day bed.
Outdoor Space:
Step outside to a small courtyard garden with a sun terrace, furnished with an L-shaped sofa. Please be mindful that there are a few steep steps to access this area.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire house and the courtyard garden. For your convenience, we offer self-check-in via a secure lockbox, allowing you to arrive at your leisure after the designated check-in time.

Steep Stairs:
Please be aware that the stairs leading to the loft bedroom are steep.
Additionally, there are a few steep steps to access the garden terrace. This may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay here. The house is a lovely property with a really thoughtful use of space and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was quiet, cosy and very well equipped. The location is excellent, just a short five minute walk into the centre of Winchester, which made it ideal for exploring the city. It suited our needs perfectly and we would happily stay again. Many thanks to the host.
