Two Bedroom House in the Heart of Winchester

Enjoy a fabulous stay in our beautiful, stylish and centrally-located Victorian house in Winchester. Perfect for two. Wonderful king size main bedroom plus small second bedroom / dressing room. Great pressure in the shower room, and rare private off street parking for 1 car included. Super location on a great street, very close to pedestrian centre and cathedral, yet on a lovely and quiet road. House has a small garden and sun terrace too 🌞

The space
Open plan living room and kitchen on ground floor with access to garden off kitchen (steps up to terrace). Upstairs on the first floor, there is a king sized main bedroom, dressing room and shower room. Up further stairs to the loft, there is another bedroom with pull out bed.

Outside space is a small courtyard garden (up a few steep steps!) with an L shaped sofa for relaxing in the sun.

Kitchen is well equipped (sorry no dishwasher though!) with breakfast bar and stools, washing machine if note there isn’t a traditional kitchen table with chairs.

Shower has great pressure.

Sitting room has a smart TV with Netflix etc and a wood burning fireplace.

House is part of a classically Victorian terraced row. Floors are mostly wood throughout the house, some original and slightly shabby chic.

Guest access
Entire house is yours to use. Self check in with lock box and keys inside.

It is most appreciated if you can kindly respect the house is part of a terraced row with houses on either side so to relax and enjoy but know that noise can travel to the neighbours and it is a leafy quiet street 🙏
