Colden Common is a village setting between Winchester, Eastleigh and Southampton. There's a couple of great pubs and a Co-op convenience store.
If you fancy getting out into the fresh air, you can walk out into the rural countryside within 5minutes, where you'll find stunning walks through fields and woodlands, alongside the famous River Itchen or out towards the South Down's National Park.
It's a quiet residential area so the respect of our neighbours peace and property is paramount. We do not allow parties or large groups

This house is well presented, clean and well positioned for visiting Winchester and Southampton. The house had clean linens and towels in each bedroom and the kitchen was well stocked. In some places the house looked a little well loved, but it is a tidy, clean space that more than catered to our needs. We would stay here again when visiting our local friends again.
