We had a wonderful stay at this property and couldn’t fault it. The house was immaculately clean and had fantastic facilities, particularly the kitchen, which was well equipped and made cooking for our group so easy. The outdoor pool was a real highlight. It was clean, warm and perfect for relaxing and having fun. The property is also in a great location, with plenty of activities and things to do nearby. The hosts were great. Incredibly responsive, answering any questions we had quickly and were always helpful. We would highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again. A truly fantastic place!

Absolute dream house! Extremely helpful host. Stuff that dreams are made of. The house is immaculate. The pool is incredible. We managed to find the secret bathrooms after two days, didn't even realise they were there, and they were just as stunning. The beds were mega comfortable. We had the best weather, so the air conditioning was ideal. Not to mention the cinema. Just unbelievable! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Please remove shoes upstairs and in cinema room.

Do not attempt to close the driveway gates, they must remain open.

Cinema rules:

🍿 Please avoid sticky snacks (they're not great friends with comfy seating!).

🥤 No drinks in the cinema room. Feel free to enjoy them before the movie or keep them in another room.

🛋️ Please treat the equipment and furniture with care.

🎥 When you've finished, switch everything off so it's ready for the next blockbuster.

Pool rules:

💦 Swim at your own risk.

👶 Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

🚫 No diving or running around the pool area.

🍹 No glass or breakable items near the pool.

🧸 If you use any of the pool toys or floats, please pop them back in the storage chest when you're finished so they're ready for the next guests.

🗑️ Please take any rubbish with you and help keep the pool area clean and tidy.

🌙 If you're enjoying an evening swim, please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.

• The swimming pool is open from April to October inclusive. During off-season it may be possible to open and heat the pool, subject to extra charge and owner approval. Must be requested at least 10-days prior to arrival.
