There is private off-road parking available for multiple vehicles.

A small number of locked owner storage areas may be inaccessible during your stay.

Other things to note

• The fifth bedroom is a nursery room containing an infant cot and is not intended as a standard adult bedroom.

• Additional sleeping space is available via the sofa bed in the annex.

• The swimming pool, steam shower and outdoor areas are used at guests' own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

• The property is situated on the main Romsey to Winchester Road, offering excellent access to local attractions and transport links.

• A local pub and golf course are within a few minutes' walk.

• Romsey, Winchester and Southampton are all a short drive away, with the New Forest National Park easily accessible for day trips.

• Out of respect for neighbours, please keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10pm.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and couldn’t fault it. The house was immaculately clean and had fantastic facilities, particularly the kitchen, which was well equipped and made cooking for our group so easy. The outdoor pool was a real highlight. It was clean, warm and perfect for relaxing and having fun. The property is also in a great location, with plenty of activities and things to do nearby. The hosts were great. Incredibly responsive, answering any questions we had quickly and were always helpful. We would highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again. A truly fantastic place!

Absolute dream house! Extremely helpful host. Stuff that dreams are made of. The house is immaculate. The pool is incredible. We managed to find the secret bathrooms after two days, didn't even realise they were there, and they were just as stunning. The beds were mega comfortable. We had the best weather, so the air conditioning was ideal. Not to mention the cinema. Just unbelievable! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Beautifully renovated house, immaculate throughout, very spacious for two families and we loved the heated pool which was actually warm and the kids could play for hours. There is a lovely country walk just behind the house and a great pub nearby. Highly recommend and would stay again.
