Spacious 3bedrooms house in a quiet residentai area, with great links to M3 and M27 motorways, Southampton Airport, and Eastleigh and Southampton Parkway Train Stations.

The house is well equipped and modern, with comfortable beds and hotel grade bedding linen and towels.

Relax in the lounge watching Netflix. Cook for yourself and your group in the fully equipped kitchen, or just grab a take away and enjoy in the privacy of your own home away from home! On the warm summer evenings you can dine or chill in the large sunny garden.

We absolutely love the house is so warm and cosy. Very clean and Prestine. Good communication from our lovely host Jim. Lovely garden that is secure and the kids love to play in the garden nice quiet area and parking. I highly recommend

This property is exactly as described, a real home from home atmosphere, very clean and comfortable. Jim and his staff are all very friendly and approachable and very quick and attentive to any issues that may arise.
The location is very central to all amenities and on excellent travel routes to various locations within the area and further afield. 
The property has sufficient parking for one car but there is on street parking outside of the property but this can be a little restricted during the day.
The biggest advantage for me is the fact that the property  is pet friendly and allows longer stays as my circumstances meant that I would need alternative accommodation for approx 6 to 10 weeks. 
All in all I would highly recommend this property and would like to thank Jim and his team for welcoming me into their property.
