We had a great experience at this AirBnB - it was clean, very well equipped with good quality kitchen items, nice and warm (the heating was easy to control) and quiet overnight. Both the sofa and the beds were really comfortable. The location was handy for both the train station and the town centre. Clear check-in information was sent out - all very straightforward once you had arrived in the car park behind the building. I would definitely stay here again without any hesitation. Thank you very much.

My family of four stayed at Jim’s place for 5 nights and had no complaints. The flat is freshly refurbished top to bottom with new furniture and furnishings. Location is great for access to all the amenities Eastleigh has to offer and is even walkable in 10-15mins. The space is great with plenty of room for 4 adults, although the top bunk is better suited to smaller/lighter people. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to any traveller.
